About the Role

Stroud Homes Head Office is seeking a proactive and organised team member to join us in a fixed-term capacity for 14 months to support our team during a period of leave. This is a varied and fast-paced role, working closely with Head Office to support franchise operations, systems, and day-to-day coordination across the network.

 Please note: This position is being offered as a fixed-term contract for a period of 14 months. While there may be the potential for extension depending on business requirements, there is no guarantee of ongoing employment beyond the contract term.

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator to support our Head Office team and franchise network.

 Role Overview

 Based at our Head Office in Boonah, QLD, this role is central to the smooth operation of the Stroud Homes network.

You will be responsible for coordinating administrative processes, supporting franchisees, maintaining systems, and ensuring tasks are followed through with accuracy and efficiency.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and enjoys working across a variety of tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support franchisees and Head Office with day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Coordinate recruitment processes, including job ads, interviews, and candidate communication
  • Manage and maintain systems such as Pipedrive and internal workflows
  • Monitor enquiries and ensure timely distribution and follow-up
  • Prepare, distribute, and follow up on meeting minutes and action items
  • Invoice entering
  • Manage customer concerns and feedback, including conducting initial discussions and coordinating outcomes in line with internal processes and procedures
  • Coordinate merchandise, stock levels, and commencement packs
  • Manage and respond to online reviews and website updates
  • Support company programs such as ForestLink and award submissions
  • Maintain office operations, including reception duties and general upkeep
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes and internal system updates
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by documenting processes and FAQs

Skills & Experience Required

  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Confident communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proactive and solutions-focused mindset
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Pipedrive) is advantageous
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills

  • Maintain high-quality data, reporting, and communication standards
