As a New Home Consultant, you’ll be at the heart of everything we do and the face of the Stroud Homes brand. From the first enquiry to preparing preliminary documentation, your role is about delivering the best possible result for every customer and setting the standard for excellence.

No two customers are the same, but there’s a structure that drives success. Our top performers begin their day with immediate action, following up with new and existing customers to move them forward in their home-building journey. You’ll run customer meetings both in-office and on-site, guiding clients to the perfect design from our extensive range and ensuring they’re excited about every step.

Using our industry-leading CRM and systems, you’ll manage your pipeline from enquiry through to site plans, floor plans, and tailored proposals that inspire customers to build with us.
