What is a Manager’s role at Stroud Homes?

Key Manager Responsibilities:

  • Team leadership: Responsible for recruiting, training, and managing the team, including maintaining professional standards and overseeing professional conduct and uniforms.
  • Operations: Implements “The Perfect Week,” oversees sales and production meetings, and ensures compliance with the Stroud Homes Operations Manual.
  • Financial management: Monitors budgets, protects profitability, and serves as the primary point of contact for resolving disputes.
  • Company culture: Promotes a positive environment by applying the Stroud Homes Mission Statement and Points of Culture.

Every role is also accountable for:

  • Continuous improvement: Contributing to the Stroud Homes culture of Kaizen/continuous improvement.
  • Continuous learning: Participating in ongoing online and in-person training programs.
  • System integrity: Proactively using Stroud Homes systems to improve performance.
  • Daily communication: Submitting “Daily Wraps” to the team at the close of business each day.
