- Financial management: Monitors budgets, protects profitability, and serves as the primary point of contact for resolving disputes.
- Company culture: Promotes a positive environment by applying the Stroud Homes Mission Statement and Points of Culture.
Every role is also accountable for:
- Continuous improvement: Contributing to the Stroud Homes culture of Kaizen/continuous improvement.
- Continuous learning: Participating in ongoing online and in-person training programs.
